Our Commitment to Nonviolence
Saugatuck Douglas Area Indivisible (SDAI) is a peaceful, nonviolent group working for positive change. We strictly prohibit weapons, violent language, or threats at any of our events, rallies, or gatherings.
We coordinate with local law enforcement and obtain necessary permits to ensure our events are safe, lawful, and respectful—for our supporters, the public, and any counter-protesters.
We ask all participants to act peacefully and lawfully at all times.

SDAI only takes responsibility for events we organize. When we share information about events hosted by other groups, it is for awareness—not endorsement. The organizing group is solely responsible for those events.
Unity Demonstration
This demonstration is a celebration of solidarity, a call for justice, and a commitment to standing with our neighbors.
In times of uncertainty and challenge, our collective strength becomes even more important. Policies that restrict rights, limit access, and create division impact real people, families, and communities.
