Tie it to a personal story - makes it more persuasive and will connect better with the audience.
Illustrate your argument with 1-2 facts
Keep it current - tie it to a current threat, executive order, or proposed legislation
End it with a call to action - depending on your story, state exactly what steps the voter or elected official should do
