The Saugatuck Douglas Area Indivisible and Holland Zeeland Indivisible groups have been coordinating a FUN and HIGHLY VISIBLE event!

Join us for the 28th Annual Douglas Halloween Parade for Adults. This exceptional event pulls around 15-20,000 people to Downtown Douglas for an absolute extravaganza of creativity and fun. We see this as a GREAT opportunity to be seen and get our message heard. Photos and video will be posted to every conceivable social media outlet and go around the world, following the event. We’re hoping to attract some national media attention.

Our SOS Democracy float will lead our group, complete with our joyful-faced Statue of Liberty and be accompanied by our members with positive, aspirational messaging.

We have simple choreography and two training sessions prior to the parade. For those who are joining from farther away, we suggest you arrive by 8pm, so you’ll have time to pickup the moves! We’re deliberately keeping the choreography, to be easy to learn.

Other Indivisible groups in the area are welcome to get in on the fun, the more the merrier!
