‍ You’re Invited to a Party!

‍ We’re doing something completely different next month for SDAI members and supporters.

‍ Join us for Celebrate Democracy: Art as Activism on August 18 at Capizzo Studio in Saugatuck—an ideal place to spend a relaxing summer evening.

‍It will be an art-filled night. There will be music, poetry, movement, and we’ll be working on a creative project together to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary.

‍Refreshing beverages, wine and light nibbles will be served.

‍Please consider making a donation at the event to help us get-out-the-vote in November.

Arrive early! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Program starts at 7 p.m. sharp and runs until 8:30 p.m.

‍Let’s celebrate democracy together and remind ourselves why we keep working, marching and volunteering to protect our country’s freedom and to safeguard liberty and justice for all.
